Why chemical drain cleaners are usually a bad idea
Caustic drain crystals corrode the rubber gaskets inside PPR fittings and don't actually shift the hair-and-grease mat that's blocking the line. We take the mat out, then we keep the pipe.

Hot oil cools inside the U-bend and slowly narrows the line. Jetting at the right temperature breaks it down.
Wet wipes & sanitary items
Flushable wipes are not actually flushable. We retrieve them before they reach the building's mains.
Cement & renovation debris
Post-renovation flats often inherit grouting sludge inside the floor traps. We strip them and start fresh.
