AquaMend is what happens when plumbers get tired of seeing customers overcharged for guesswork — and decide to build the company they'd want to call themselves.
From Two Toolboxes to a Full Fleet
In 2017, founders Hafiz Ramlan and Danny Chew were subcontractors patching up other companies' shortcuts around Cheras. The pattern was always the same: rushed diagnosis, invisible pricing, and repairs that failed within a year. So they registered AquaMend Home Services Sdn Bhd and set three rules that still govern every job.
- Find the fault, not just the symptom. A damp patch is never the whole story. We trace the cause before quoting.
- Price in writing, before work starts. The quote covers labour and parts. If we misjudged the job, that's our cost, not yours.
- Leave it better than we found it. Drop sheets down, debris bagged, water tested at every outlet before we go.
Nine years on, the crew has grown to fourteen technicians and four coordinators, and more than half of new bookings come from customer referrals.

Common Malaysian pipe sizes, valves, traps and heater parts ride with us, so most jobs finish in one visit.
Honest advice
If a RM 40 part solves it, that's what we'll recommend — even when a replacement would earn us more.
Paper trail
Quote, invoice, warranty card and photos of the completed work. Everything documented, nothing verbal.
Where We Work
Our base is in Taman Connaught, Cheras, which puts the whole Klang Valley within reach. Regular service zones include Kuala Lumpur city, Ampang, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Kajang, Seri Kembangan and Bandar Mahkota Cheras. Outside these areas, call us — if we can't come ourselves we'll usually know someone reputable who can.
