These terms govern your use of yottabit.bond and any plumbing work commissioned from Tidewell Plumbing & Home Care Sdn Bhd ("Tidewell"). By using the website or booking our services you agree to the terms below.

1. About Tidewell

Tidewell Plumbing & Home Care Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian limited company (SSM Reg. No. 202501028734) with its registered office at No. 17-2, Jalan Wangsa Delima 7, Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean Tidewell.

3. Quotes and bookings

Quotes provided through the website or by our dispatch team are estimates based on the information you supply. The final quote issued by the technician on site, after physical inspection, supersedes any earlier estimate. Bookings are confirmed only once you receive a scheduling SMS or written confirmation from Tidewell.

4. Service standards

Work is performed by SPAN-registered plumbers in accordance with Malaysian Standards and the relevant building authority requirements. Tidewell carries public liability insurance and is happy to provide proof of cover before work begins.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed before any work commences. We accept bank transfer (FPX, Maybank2u, DuitNow), credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and physical cash. Invoices are issued for every job, regardless of size.

6. Workmanship guarantee

Tidewell warrants its workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion. The warranty covers re-work to remedy defects in our installation and excludes faults caused by misuse, third-party tampering, or wear of consumable parts. Parts supplied by Tidewell are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty.

7. Cancellations & access

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to two hours before the agreed arrival window at no charge. Cancellations inside the two-hour window or failed-access visits (technician arrives, no one home) may incur a callout fee equal to the minimum service charge. Emergency callouts are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Tidewell's total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of business, loss of data, lost rental income).

9. Intellectual property

All content on yottabit.bond — copy, images, logos, layout — is owned by Tidewell or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any portion of the site without prior written consent.

10. Changes to terms

Tidewell may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the website. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
