What Happens When You Call
The coordinator first helps you make the situation safe — usually closing the main stopcock and isolating the heater breaker — because two minutes of guidance can save a ceiling. While you're doing that, the nearest on-call technician is already dispatched with your address and symptoms.
Night attendance fees are stated on the phone before the van moves. No arrival-then-negotiate tactics, ever.
We Treat These as Emergencies
- Burst pipes and uncontrollable leaks
- Overflowing toilets or sewage backing up into the home
- Failed stopcocks and stuck valves with water rising
- Water heaters tripping the ELCB or giving electric tingles
- No water supply to the whole house when neighbours have it
- Ceiling bulging with trapped water
While You Wait
- Close the main stopcock beside your water meter.
- Open the lowest outdoor or ground-floor tap to drain line pressure.
- Switch off the water heater and, if water is near wiring, the affected circuit breakers.
- Pierce a small drainage hole in a bulging ceiling over a bucket — controlled release beats collapse.
Arrival times: 45–90 minutes inside KL; up to 2 hours for outer Selangor zones depending on traffic and crew position. The coordinator gives you a live estimate when you call.
