Pipe & Leak Repairs

A leak you can see is annoying. A leak you can't see is expensive. We find both — and fix them permanently.

Detection First, Demolition Last

Most Malaysian homes hide their pipework in concrete walls and floor screeds, so the worst thing a plumber can do is start hacking on a guess. Our crews use acoustic listening gear, pressure testing and thermal imaging to pinpoint the leak before a single tile is lifted.

Once located, we open the smallest possible section, replace the failed run in copper, PPR or PEX to match your system, pressure-test it, and make good the surface. You get before-and-after photos with the invoice.

What This Service Covers

  • Pinhole leaks and burst sections in concealed wall and floor pipes
  • Ceiling leaks from upstairs bathrooms and inter-floor joints
  • Underground external mains between the meter and the house
  • Corroded galvanised iron replaced with modern PPR or PEX
  • Full repiping for homes older than 25 years
  • Water meter running while all taps are off — leak tracing surveys

Rule of thumb: if your bill jumped noticeably in one cycle without a change in habits, you likely have a concealed leak losing 100+ litres a day. A tracing survey usually pays for itself within two months.

Typical Pricing

Simple exposed-pipe repairs start around RM 180. Concealed leak tracing with repair generally lands between RM 450 and RM 950 depending on access. Full repiping is quoted per property after a walkthrough. Every price is confirmed in writing before work begins.
