Every AquaMend renovation starts with a proper membrane system, flood-tested for 24 hours and photographed before a single tile goes down. The photos go into your handover file.
From there our tilers, plumbers and electricians work off one schedule, coordinated by a single project lead who messages you progress photos every working evening.
Upgrade Options
- Refresh (3–5 days): new WC, basin, taps, accessories and regrouting — no tiling works
- Partial upgrade (6–9 days): shower area rebuilt with new waterproofing, screen and feature tiling
- Full renovation (10–16 days): strip to bare slab, re-waterproof, retile, new sanitaryware, vanity, lighting and extraction
How Pricing Works
After a site visit you receive an itemised quote split into milestones — typically 30% on materials delivery, staged payments as waterproofing and tiling complete, and the final 10% only after your inspection. Refreshes commonly run RM 4,500–8,000; full renovations RM 18,000–38,000 depending on size and finishes.
Condo owners: we prepare the JMB work-permit pack (insurance cert, contractor list, schedule) as part of the job. Most managements approve within a week.
